I am interested in the having my measurements analyzed for the following:

1) Inches or cm?

2)  Height.....how tall are you?  With your back flat against the wall, feet about 8 inches apart, look straight ahead.  Place the level or straight edge on your head and record measurement here:

3)  Inseam.  Stand with your back against the wall, feet about shoulder width.  Hold a book or level between your legs and raise until it is snug against your groin.  Measure from top of book or straight edge to floor.

4)  Floor to sternum notch.  In the same manner as above, measure from the floor to your sternum notch. If you are not sure where this is, simply tip your head forward.  It's about where your chin hits your chest.

5)  Arm length.  Hold a pen in your fist, extend your arm and measure from the bony tip of your shoulder to the pen.

6)  Forearm length.  Hold a pen in you fist and bend your arm at the elbow.  Measure from the pen to center elbow bend.

7)  Torso.  Sit on a stool straight up and down with your back flat against the wall.  Place a level or straight edge on your shoulder. Measure from the bottom of the straight edge to the stool.

8)  Thigh.  While sitting on the stool for the above measurement, measure from the wall to the from of your knee.

9)  Lower Leg.   While sitting on the stool measure from the top of your knee to the floor.

10)  Flexibility.
